For example, he might add a feature with a script or whatever, but if StewieA manages to accomplish the same thing at the engine level, he removes that feature from his own mod and defers to the arguably superior implementation of the other mod to make sure that they don't conflict. He is even highly supportive of TTW and mindful of other popular modders who produce work of high quality. Even though he has a couple dozen separate mods rather than a single overhaul, it probably goes without saying that they all play nice together so you can effectively overhaul the entire game in a modular fashion.
